Construction works at our Music Box project in Hither Green are progressing well. Following the competition of the basement and excavation works late last year, the superstructure has been erected, and two layers of insulation (acoustic and thermal) have been installed).

The acoustic wraps the inside face of high density blockworks, as the thermal system wraps around the structure externally, working in tandem with the basement waterproofing. The large feature glazing, timber cladding, and external micro cement finishes are due to be completed in the spring.
